Like Portobello mushroom fries?   You got it right!  It’s baked so it’s healthier and it’s the perfect appetizer you need to make ASAP.   Crunchy, soft inside, parmesan…  Do I need to say more?  I mean I don’t mean to brag but it’s too good to share.

Seriously, I might have eaten most of it alone.  Not even ashamed!

Of course, appetizer is the first that came to my mind but it could perfectly be a side dish with a nice grilled meat.

I dipped a few in ketchup because… I felt like it 🙂 but most of the fries were enjoyed just like this, alone.

Hi there!

I am here!  I am back!  So sorry for this little unannounced blog-vacations, it was not how I planned it.
In the last 2 weeks, I had so much going on.  Mainly, some of my French family visiting here for 2 weeks.  I took a few days off and I really thought that among other things and daily life, I would keep the blog alive.  Well, well, well, I was fooling myself!

And we are talking quinoa and spinach in a creamy sauce!

Loaded with protein, a great vegetarian meal, yes meal because the mushrooms were that big.  If you are sharing one, it can be an appetizer.   It is topped with goat cheese and it is giving such a kick to the dish.

You will love the freshness and strength of the goat cheese is really the perfect addition and balance to the mushroom and its stuffing.

Chicken quesadilla

The ultimate juicy and cheesy quesadillas.  I mean, you bite in it and the extra juice and the string of cheese.  That’s it your hand are all messy but isn’t it even tastier?

This is just the recipe you need to get ride of your chicken left over, being a rosted chicken, barbecue chicken breasts, it will do the trick!

I did not have avocados or guacamole, it would have been a great addition.  But let me tell you that even like this, alone, you don’t need to get convince to devour it!
